Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. We will notify you if your item falls under this category.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
